What happens if the thyristor is clamped in the stack with a force lower or higher than specified?

ABB's answer

ABB guarantees the performance of the device according to datasheet values, when the device is clamped according specification.
Lowering the pressure cause a higher thermal resistance and higher onstate voltage drop, further lowering the force can cause a non-uniform current distribution, local hot spot and destruction of the device.
Higher mounting force might cause a reduced life time performance due to mechanical overstress.
