I need to know how long will the UPS will last for different loads, so I can plan accordingly. Also if the screen mentions 4 hr remaining, then it shuts down after 20 min. I think that something is wrong here.
The runtime value is continuously updated and is depending on the instantaneous load (load percentage).
For example a PowerWave 33 60kW UPS, with 20min autonomy (sized at full load), when loaded at 50% the instantaneous autonomy shown will be approximately 48mins. If no load is applied, the UPS is giving a theoretical fix value which is defined of 4hrs autonomy.
This value is displayed on the LCD or via connectivity trough the SNMP card.
