Why is the output signal change negative when force is applied to the load cell roll?

Jill McGee

ABB's answer

The force is applied in the negative measuring direction, or load cell signal polarity has been
switched. The polarity on both load cell inputs, A and B, should be switched to achieve positive
output signal change with applied force.
