We just changed a chopper motor in our PIR3502 and when we put our calibration samples on the analyzer it now goes negative. What else may be wrong with our analyzer?

ABB's answer

This issue is that the chopper motor was not phased correctly.  Please follow the instructions in the manual and rephase the motor and the analyzer should be fine.
