During analyzer commissioning is it necessary to reset the analyzer analytical flow rates?

Massimo Baldizzone, Technical Sales Support

ABB's answer

Yes.  The electronic pressure control is referenced to atmosphere, therefore the difference in barometric pressure between the factory and commissioning site can cause small changes in flow rates.  Resetting flow rates is part of the standard startup procedure during commissioning.
