Whats a sag solution compared to an outage solution

Andrew Hiscock, Sales Manager Power Protection

ABB's answer

A sag solution can restore voltage sags or dips back to nominal voltage or close to nominal voltage but does not offer protection against outages or very deep sags, for example 3 phase events less than 45% remaining voltage. An outage solution will offer protection against sags and can also operate when the utility is as low as 0 volts remaining or a complete open circuit.
